About Our Academy
Pupil voice is used as a way to improve our Academy and evaluate change.
Representatives are voted for by their peers and they meet regularly to discuss issues, minute actions and feed back to classes. Examples of recent impact have been the new Passport for rewarding excellent behaviour and also the naming of the new entrance. Pupils are involved in the appointment of the Headteacher. Our behaviour system incorporates collective responsibility. Children are involved in the co-construction of their learning environment for each project. We seek the views of children each year in an online survey.
