The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children are the best of us, with boundless curiosity, resilience, courage, kindness and creativity, the YA way unfolds their true potential, addressing emotional wellbeing alongside academic growth, building positive relationships and a sense of belonging.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because of the daily variety, no two days are the same. Me and my team strive to create a safe, clean and welcoming environment that helps the children and teachers thrive.
