Siobhan Kiss

I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children need emotionally safe relationships in order to learn, heal and flourish. I believe that all children deserve to feel safe, heard and understood, and when you give them the compassion and curiosity they deserve, real healing and growth can take place.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because safety, understanding and connection are at the forefront of everything we do, making real change possible. Building positive relationships with both children and their special grown ups is truly magical, and I feel privileged to be a part of their journey.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are safe, gentle and reliable.
