I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children deserve to be seen, heard, valued and supported every single day. The positive consistency, and caring approach we take makes a lasting difference in their confidence, wellbeing, and future success.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in the children’s lives every day while being a part of a supportive and inspiring school community.
