I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children deserve to have the best start, education and inclusion from day one of their journey. The YA way is so important because it guarantees that each individual child has this approach each day to help them develop, grow and learn in a safe, enriched environment with staff who are dedicated to children’s development.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because the YA team is full of energy, drive and passion for educating, developing, supporting and empowering not only pupils but staff to be their wonderful individual selves. I feel very honoured to be part of such a wonderful team.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are happy, calm and driven.
