I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children that are loved and have good relationships with the staff members fulfil their potential. I feel so lucky to be able to support all our children at YA. It's such a privilege to work with our amazing children with SEND.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because the staff are amazing, caring and we all work together as a team.
