I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children can reach their full potential when they feel safe and loved. When a child knows they are valued, heard, and supported, they gain the confidence to explore and learn. I always believe that every child is capable of growth and achievement when given the right guidance and encouragement. In my work, I strive to create nurturing environments where children feel secure and respected, ensuring they grow into kind and caring adults who lead with compassion and empathy.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because the staff create a sense of community within school where all children feel included, supported and happy.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are enthusiastic, family – focused and responsible.
