My name is Michelle Stead. My role in school is SEND Inclusion Assistant.
I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children grow and learn best when they feel safe.
I love working at Yarborough Academy because supporting children grow in independence and confidence is valuable.
