I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children come first. I love the way children can thrive when they feel safe, supported and valued in our nurturing environment and the lovely relationships we build together. I feel a sense of pride when children grow and achieve something that they have been working really hard on.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because of the kind colleagues I work with. Having spent most of my adult life working at Yarborough I find it highly rewarding and a huge privilege to be part of a child’s journey.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are kind, selfless and hardworking.
