Louise Bielby

I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children living with complex medical needs can feel empowered to learn, be curious and creative.  My goal is more than medical assistance, I aim to be a steady, compassionate person who supports children to reach milestones that once seemed out of reach.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because I am part of a team that embraces diversity. Being part of a community that strives to meet all children’s needs is very rewarding. I love sharing stories with my colleagues of those joyful wins, big and small.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are empathic, fun and creative.
