I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children will want to learn in an environment where they feel loved and valued. I strive to foster positive relationships, advocate for equal opportunities, and contribute to an environment where differences are respected and celebrated.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because seeing growth, progress, and confidence in the individuals I support is what motivates me most. I truly love the work I do and the impact it has. What makes my role even more special is the incredible team I work alongside, we’re more than just coworkers we’re like a family.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are organised, patient and chatty.
