Lauren Bale
My name is Lauren Bale. My role in school is NEST Class Lead.
I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children are going to be the next generation to embed love, kindness and empathy. Our children at Yarborough are supported with an immense amount of love and care to aid their learning. Our children thrive in all areas due to them feeling safe and wanted, we are a school family.
I love working at Yarborough Academy because we are a community who pull together to cheerlead not only our children but also our staff, we inspire all!
Three words my family and friends use to describe me are caring, empathetic and nurturing.
