I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children and their families benefit from relationships being at the heart of everything we do.  As a SENDCO, I’m passionate about working with families and supporting the children to advocate for themselves in preparation for navigating the wider community with confidence in the future.   I enjoy working collaboratively with our staff to ensure we provide inclusive and supportive learning environments in which we constantly reflect and adapt to meet the needs of all of our pupils, including those with SEND.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because no two days are ever the same, each day brings its rewards and challenges but no matter what these are, our amazing team are always there for each other when needed.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are big hearted, resilient and dedicated.
