I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children deserve someone who brings joy, connection, and positivity, helping them see that school is a place where they are happy, valued and supported to grow and thrive.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because working alongside such a dedicated and caring staff team, all with the same focus on doing the very best for our children, makes Yarborough Academy a really special place to work. I also have a real passion for early reading and phonics and I love the way our phonics scheme is fun, engaging and carefully structured to help children build confidence and a genuine love of reading from the very start.

Three words my family and friends use to describe me are dedicated, hardworking and positive.
