I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children deserve an education tailored to their unique requirements. This personalised approach is crucial for fostering their growth and development. Providing the right support empowers them to reach their full potential. It is essential to ensure that learning opportunities are accessible to all. Ultimately, a fitting education is a fundamental right that unlocks future possibilities. This needs to be done with compassion , empathy , patience and understanding .

I love working at Yarborough Academy because I have always wanted to help children thrive in their learning and help make mainstream school a possibility for all. Watching the children develop their minds through each passing year is truly amazing and shows the dedication of the YA team behind them.
