I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children and young people deserve to feel seen, heard and valued. Every child deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because it is a place where every child is valued as an individual and supported to achieve their best. Being part of such a caring, dedicated, and passionate team means that every day I am contributing to a positive environment where children feel safe, understood, and encouraged. It is incredibly rewarding to see their progress, confidence, and achievements and to know that I am part of a team that truly makes a difference in their lives.
