I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and heard. I am passionate about supporting children to grow in confidence, explore the world around them, and develop resilience within a secure and supportive environment.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because of the teamwork, positivity, and shared values across the school. I feel proud to be part of such a motivating and inspiring team.
