My name is Joanne Capes. My role in school is Teaching Assistant.
I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children can achieve anything with the correct support from nurturing adults.
I love working at Yarborough Academy because we are a school family who have a child centred approach.
