I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children thrive when families and staff work together with trust, compassion, and high expectations — creating a community where every child feels supported, celebrated, and capable of achieving amazing things.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because it fills me with purpose to support children as they grow, learn, and discover just how capable they really are.
