I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children deserve a safe, supportive and inspiring environment where they can grow, learn and discover their potential.  I am passionate about helping every child develop their skills, confidence and love of learning whether it’s through one to one support or within a group.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because the school values teamwork, creativity and individual strengths which makes it a wonderful place to work at and see the children develop skills and confidence.  Being part of their joy is what makes my role special.
