I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children deserve to feel safe, supported, loved and valued. When children experience genuine care, strong relationships, and a sense of belonging, they are empowered to grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because of the strong sense of community, shared values, and the commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for every child.
