I am so proud to be part of Team YA. The YA Way and the way that we work is important to me because I truly believe that children can meet their own goals and achieve success. They can do this when we, as their safe adults, provide a secure, nurturing environment where they feel free to be themselves and learn. When children move through Team YA, I want each and every one of them to feel loved, cared for, independent, and confident in who they are.

I love working at Yarborough Academy because we all work hard together as a team to ensure that every child can reach their full potential. We recognise that each child has individual needs, and we carefully consider how best to support them. I feel incredibly happy and proud to be part of this family.
