Harvest Festival

On Tuesday 29th September Canon Mullins will be holding a Harvest Festival Assembly in school. As a school we would like to ask for donations, which we intend to give to the ‘Doorstep charity’ for homeless people. It would be greatly appreciated if your children could bring in gifts of tinned food which will form our harvest display.

We hope we can make a generous contribution to the above charity. Below are some suggestions for items that may be sent into the school office by Monday 28th September at the latest. Please note that we do not collect fresh goods as they are perishable.

Tuna                                              

Salmon

Mackerel

Pilchards

Beans

Carrots

Sweetcorn

Soup

 Pasta/rice

Tea bags

Jam

Coffee

Dried fruit
